Registration information for authors of technical papers
In order to upload your paper you must first register for the conference. You will need your Registration Code (Confirmation) when you upload your paper. Therefore
authors must register by August 1st, as this is the deadline for uploading your paper.
Note that student authors can apply for a
Student Travel Grant, see
details below or in the
PDF call for STG applications.
IEEE and IEEE Communications Society Policies
All IEEE SmartGridComm technical papers must be associated with an author registration in the R01, R02 or R03 category. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration in any of the categories (R01, R02 or R03) is valid for up to three papers. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
